All of our beef is hand selected & naturally aged over 35 days to provide full flavor & tenderness. We wood-grill then broil the meat @ 1700 degrees. All meat is brushed with the Metropolitan’s own herb butter. Cuts are available with the “MET” hand crushed 5-pepper blend.
